Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 4 eggplants
  • 100 g of onion
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • 50 g of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Method

  1. Roast the bell peppers and eggplants in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until they are very soft.
  2. Scrub off the skin and chop them into small pieces.
  3. Place the eggplants and bell peppers in a bowl, add the onion, sour cream, sesame seeds, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, give it a good stir and garnish with sesame seeds.
