Baba Ganoush

A crunchy and sweet appetizer made with eggplants and dried tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 4 eggplants
- 100 g of onion
- 100 g of sour cream
- 50 g of chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Method
- Roast the bell peppers and eggplants in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until they are very soft.
- Scrub off the skin and chop them into small pieces.
- Place the eggplants and bell peppers in a bowl, add the onion, sour cream, sesame seeds, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, give it a good stir and garnish with sesame seeds.
