Ingredients

  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 200 grams of shrimp
  • 100 grams of marinated vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onion)
  • 500 ml of fish broth
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 grams of fried onions
  • 100 grams of coriander

Method

  1. Pre-soak the spaghetti in fish broth for 10 minutes.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and coconut oil.
  3. Add the marinated vegetables and fried onions, stirring well.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix the coriander with lemon juice.
  6. Serve the spaghetti with broth, vegetables, and coriander sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
