Ingredients
- 500 grams of spaghetti
- 200 grams of shrimp
- 100 grams of marinated vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onion)
- 500 ml of fish broth
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- Coconut oil
- Salt and pepper
- 200 grams of fried onions
- 100 grams of coriander
Method
- Pre-soak the spaghetti in fish broth for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and coconut oil.
- Add the marinated vegetables and fried onions, stirring well.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the coriander with lemon juice.
- Serve the spaghetti with broth, vegetables, and coriander sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
