  • 200 g whole wheat bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the whole wheat bread: cut the bread into cubes and grind it into a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the zander fillets with the eggs, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, pour the bread powder and a little salt.
  4. Dip the fillets in the egg mixture, then coat them in the bread powder, making sure they are well covered.
  5. Fry the fillets in hot oil until they become golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped fresh sage and parsley, then serve with a sprinkle of apple cider vinegar.
