Ingredients
- 150g of glass noodles
- 2 red onions
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of soybean oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 100g of sliced vegetables
- 2 tablespoons of macadamia nut flakes
- 100g of crushed almonds
Method
- Boil a little water and cook the glass noodles for 3-4 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Slice the red onions thinly and the chili pepper into strips.
- Grate the ginger and mix it with the juice of half a lemon, sweetening it slightly.
- Peel and thinly slice the vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix the soybean oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
- In a large bowl, add the glass noodles, vegetables, onions, and chili pepper, then pour the sauce over them.
- Add the macadamia nut flakes and crushed almonds, and mix well.
- Serve fresh and enjoy its crunchiness and flavor.
