Ingredients

  • 200 g of fresh cheese
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of fruit crunches
  • 50 g of almonds
  • 50 g of pulled sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 sheet of pastry

Method

  1. Prepare the cheese mixture by mixing the fresh cheese with milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. Place a sheet of pastry at the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the fruit crunches and almonds on top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Cover with the second sheet of pastry and bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
  6. Once baked, let it cool and drizzle with the pulled sugar to finish.
