A traditional Polish sweet made of fresh cheese, eggs, and crunches, typical of the Wrocław region.

Ingredients
- 200 g of fresh cheese
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of fruit crunches
- 50 g of almonds
- 50 g of pulled sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 200 ml of milk
- 1 sheet of pastry
Method
- Prepare the cheese mixture by mixing the fresh cheese with milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Place a sheet of pastry at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the pastry.
- Sprinkle the fruit crunches and almonds on top of the cheese mixture.
- Cover with the second sheet of pastry and bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool and drizzle with the pulled sugar to finish.
