  • 400 g of thinly sliced beef
  • 2 very red onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of dried red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 fresh chili, chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the dried red chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, water, and salt.
  2. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  3. In a pan, sauté the thinly sliced beef until well cooked.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped onions and fresh chilies.
  5. Add the cooked beef and prepared sauce, mixing well.
  6. Let the dish cool before serving.
