Ingredients
- 400 g of thinly sliced beef
- 2 very red onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of dried red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Salt to taste
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 fresh chili, chopped
Method
- In a bowl, mix the dried red chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, water, and salt.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- In a pan, sauté the thinly sliced beef until well cooked.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped onions and fresh chilies.
- Add the cooked beef and prepared sauce, mixing well.
- Let the dish cool before serving.
