Ingredients

  • 200g of rice
  • 100g of almonds
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon of palm oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 200g of sweet potatoes
  • 100g of zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of Guinea pepper

Method

  1. Rinse the rice and let it drain.
  2. Toast the sliced almonds in a pan with palm oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and salt, bring to a boil.
  4. In another pan, cook the diced sweet potatoes and zucchini.
  5. Add the rice to the pan with the vegetables and stir well.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, adding chili pepper and Guinea pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
