A creamy and crispy polenta, typical of the Trentino-Alto Adige region.

Ingredients
- 500 g of polenta
- 1 liter of meat broth
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 onion
- 100 g of raw ham
- 100 g of Grana cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a pot, bring the meat broth to a boil and gradually add the polenta in small portions, stirring constantly.
- Continue to add the polenta, stirring until fully combined with the broth, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add the butter and olive oil, stirring well.
- In another pot, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the raw ham and Grana cheese, stirring until fully melted.
- Pour the polenta into a baking dish and spread the ham and cheese mixture on top.
- Make a crispy crust by baking the polenta in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
