Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of chili
- 1 palm of ginger
- 2 scallions
- 100 g of coriander
- 500 ml of palm oil
- salt to taste
- 1 liter of beef broth
Method
- Cut the beef into pieces and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the onions and chili in palm oil.
- Add the beef and cook over medium heat until well done.
- Add the beef broth, coriander, and ginger, stirring well.
- Boil for 30 minutes, adding salt to taste.
- Finally, add the scallions and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
