Ingredients

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of chili
  • 1 palm of ginger
  • 2 scallions
  • 100 g of coriander
  • 500 ml of palm oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 liter of beef broth

Method

  1. Cut the beef into pieces and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onions and chili in palm oil.
  3. Add the beef and cook over medium heat until well done.
  4. Add the beef broth, coriander, and ginger, stirring well.
  5. Boil for 30 minutes, adding salt to taste.
  6. Finally, add the scallions and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
