Texas BBQ
A classic of Texan cuisine, this barbecue features meat smoked for hours over charcoal with special seasonings.

Ingredients
- 2 kg of beef or pork, cut into pieces
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 100 ml of barbecue sauce
- 50 g of salt
- 20 g of black pepper
- 20 g of barbecue seasoning
- 20 g of cayenne pepper
- 10 bay leaves
- 5 sprays of balsamic vinegar
Method
- Cut the meat into uniform-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, barbecue sauce, salt, black pepper, barbecue seasoning, and cayenne pepper.
- Marinate the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the barbecue for 10 minutes.
- Add the meat and cook for 2-3 hours, turning every 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- At the end, spray with balsamic vinegar and serve with bay leaves.
