Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (e.g., salmon or tuna)
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 lemon
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml fish stock
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil.
- Add the onions and red bell peppers, sauté until they become golden.
- Spread the fish fillets with a mixture of lemon and salt.
- In a pot, mix the water, fish stock, chili powder, coriander, sautéed onions, and garlic.
- Add the fish fillets and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of ginger powder.
