Terbiye Kebab
Terbiye Kebab is a classic Bursa dish featuring boiled beef strips stuffed into bread sticks.

Ingredients
- 2 beef cuts (about 500g)
- 100g of whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Method
- Boil the beef in salted water for about 20 minutes, then let it cool down.
- Slice the bread thinly and chop the onion and garlic.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the cooled beef and season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and sugar.
- Mix well and let it cool down.
- Cut the beef into thin pieces and stuff them into the bread slices.
- Serve cold, garnished with fried onion.
