Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter

- 100 g of ground almonds
- 100 g of cocoa powder
- Water for cooking
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom.
- Add the egg and butter, knead the dough until a crust forms.
- Flour a work surface, flatten the dough and cut it into small slices.
- Fill the slices with a bit of ground almonds and cocoa powder.
- Roll the slices into cylinders, forming the syryky.
- Cook the syryky in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and serve with powdered sugar.
