- 1 kg of beef
- 500 g of mutton
- 1 chopped onion

- 120 g of cornmeal
- 120 g of pork fat
- 120 g of chicken fat
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
Method
- Mix the beef and mutton together with the minced garlic, chopped onion, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornmeal with pork and chicken fat, then add cold water to form a homogeneous dough.
- Add the cornmeal dough to the cooked ingredients and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
- Form the sausages using a sausage stuffer or a spoon, wrapping each sausage with a piece of pork fat.
- Fry the sausages in a pan with a little olive oil until well cooked and golden brown.
