Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of rum
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Method
- Mix the flour, sugar, butter, eggs, salt, baking powder, rum, and cinnamon to create a homogeneous dough.
- Evenly spread the dough in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
