Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken from Bangkok

Ingredients
- 400g of fusilli
- 500g of chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of shoyu sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Basil leaves, for serving
Method
- In a non-stick pan, sauté the onions in coconut oil until they become translucent.
- Add the chicken and cook until it is well done.
- Add the red bell peppers and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, shoyu sauce, lemon juice, and chili powder.
- Add the sauce mix to the vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Finally, add the fusilli and mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil leaves, and serve immediately.
