Ingredients

  • 400g of fusilli
  • 500g of chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of shoyu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil leaves, for serving

Method

  1. In a non-stick pan, sauté the onions in coconut oil until they become translucent.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until it is well done.
  3. Add the red bell peppers and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, shoyu sauce, lemon juice, and chili powder.
  5. Add the sauce mix to the vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the fusilli and mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil leaves, and serve immediately.
