Ingredients
- 200g of flour
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 100g of chopped almonds
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 50g of chopped walnuts
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg.
- Add the egg and butter, mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Add the chopped almonds and gently fold them in.
- Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray or a baking dish.
- Repeat the process with the dark chocolate and chopped walnuts, sprinkling them over the dough balls.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the Stieneke for about 20-25 minutes, until they turn golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
