Ingredients

  • 4 beef fillets
  • 2 pork kidneys
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml beef broth

Method

  1. Prepare the pork kidneys by cutting them into pieces and placing them in a bowl.
  2. Slice the beef fillets, carrots, onions, celery sticks, and scallions.
  3. Add the chopped garlic to the bowl with the kidneys.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a pan, heat some oil and cook the beef fillets for a few minutes on each side.
  6. In another pan, cook the vegetables with the garlic and season with the prepared sauce.
  7. Assemble the beef fillets with the kidneys and vegetables in a baking dish.
  8. Pour the beef broth over the top and bake in the oven at 180°C for 45-60 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, accompanied by sweet potatoes or a salad.
