Ingredients
- 500 g of beef
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 100 g of cooked ham, cut into strips
- 100 g of bacon, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 200 ml of beef broth
Method
- In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook until well done.
- Add the cooked ham and bacon, stirring well.
- Add the chili powder, pepper, salt, thyme, and parsley.
- Pour in the beef broth and simmer on medium heat for 1 hour.
- Let it cool, then blend until smooth, then strain to get a smooth sauce.
- Reheat before serving.
