Ingredients
- 400 grams of papaya, cut into cubes
- 100 grams of red onion, sliced thinly
- 50 grams of white onion, sliced thinly
- 100 grams of tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 50 grams of salted anchovies, flaked
- 100 grams of grated sheep cheese
- 50 grams of zucchini, cut into cubes
- 30 grams of sesame seeds
- 30 grams of fresh ginger, grated
- 100 grams of lemon juice, sugar, and salt to taste
- 20 grams of chili
- 20 grams of basil leaves
Method
- Cut the papaya into cubes and set aside.
- Mix the salty ingredients (onions, tomatoes, anchovies) in a large bowl.
- Add the papaya, zucchini, and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
- Pour the sugar and lemon juice mixture over the vegetables and mix well.
- Add the chili, basil leaves, and sesame seeds.
- Mix everything together and let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serving: Serve cold in a bowl decorated with sesame seeds and basil leaves.
