Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 1 lemon
- 100 g peach
- 100 g mango
- 100 g banana
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Cut the peach, mango, and banana into cubes.
- In a pot, mix the water, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved and formed a caramel.
- Add the peach, mango, and banana to the caramelized sugar solution.
- Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the pot into a blender and blend until you get a smooth juice.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Serve immediately in cups decorated with pieces of fresh fruit.
