Ingredients

  • 250 g of young beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 120 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • Water for the sauce

Method

  1. Finely chop the beef and onion, then mix with pepper, salt, wine vinegar, sugar, and parsley.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the oil and eggs, add the beef and onion mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small pelmeni and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Cook the pelmeni in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until they are tender.
  5. Prepare the sauce by pouring water into a bowl and adding wine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve the pelmeni hot with the sauce and a bit of chopped parsley on the side.
