Ingredients
- 250 g of young beef
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 120 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- Water for the sauce
Method
- Finely chop the beef and onion, then mix with pepper, salt, wine vinegar, sugar, and parsley.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the oil and eggs, add the beef and onion mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the dough into small pelmeni and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Cook the pelmeni in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until they are tender.
- Prepare the sauce by pouring water into a bowl and adding wine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the pelmeni hot with the sauce and a bit of chopped parsley on the side.
