Ingredients

  • 2 liters of chicken broth
  • 100 g of soy beans
  • 1 piece of medium-sized ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of goat meat
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for serving

Method

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the soy beans. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Dice the onion and ginger and sauté in a pan with a little oil.
  3. Add the goat meat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine the sautéed vegetables and meat with the broth and beans, stirring well.
  5. Add the ginger, onion, salt, and spices, stirring until they are well combined.
  6. Boil the soup for 10-15 minutes, then add the sugar and stir.
  7. Serve hot, diluting with water if needed.
