Ingredients

  • 4 chicken kebabs
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Method

  1. Prepare the chicken kebabs and marinate them with the marinade ingredients.
  2. While the chicken marinates, prepare the charcoal grill.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well.
  4. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Grill the chicken pieces on moderate heat for 10-15 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve hot with a side of tomato salad or bean salad.
