  • 400g canned sardines, cut into pieces
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the cut sardines with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and chili powder.
  2. Add the chopped red onion and mix well.
  3. Add coriander, chili powder, and lime juice.
  4. Finally, add the lemon juice and chopped mint, gently mixing.
  5. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold, accompanied by slices of lemon and chili powder.
