Ingredients
- 400g canned sardines, cut into pieces
- 2 lemons, juice
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped
Method
- In a bowl, mix the cut sardines with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and chili powder.
- Add the chopped red onion and mix well.
- Add coriander, chili powder, and lime juice.
- Finally, add the lemon juice and chopped mint, gently mixing.
- Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold, accompanied by slices of lemon and chili powder.
