Samosa, a sweet bite of ginger, onion, and spices, filled with vegetables and roasted to perfection.

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 chili
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Method
- Mix the flour with oil, egg, and salt to form a dough.
- Finely chop the onion, chili, zucchini, carrot, and ginger.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the spices.
- Shape the samosas with the dough, placing the filling inside.
- Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve them warm with a dollop of sweet yogurt.
The story
Samosas originate from Central Asia and have become popular throughout South Asia, including Pakistan, where they are a traditional dish during festivals and celebrations.
