Ingredients

  • 400 g of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 piece of Spanish bread
  • 500 ml of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 onion
  • Salt

Method

  1. Clean the tomatoes and chop the onion into cubes.
  2. Boil the tomatoes for 10 minutes in boiling water to facilitate peeling.
  3. Shred the bread and blend it until you get a smooth paste.
  4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the bread paste and cold water.
  5. Add the tomatoes and onion, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and blend again until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  7. Serve chilled in a bowl or glass.
