Ingredients
- 400 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 piece of Spanish bread
- 500 ml of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of cold water
- 1 onion
- Salt
Method
- Clean the tomatoes and chop the onion into cubes.
- Boil the tomatoes for 10 minutes in boiling water to facilitate peeling.
- Shred the bread and blend it until you get a smooth paste.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the bread paste and cold water.
- Add the tomatoes and onion, mixing well.
- Season with salt and blend again until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Serve chilled in a bowl or glass.
