Ingredients

  • 200 g of salmon
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 100 g of green onions, chopped
  • 100 g of red peppers, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 10 basil leaves

Method

  1. Clean the salmon and slice it into thin pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Submerge the salmon slices in the lemon juice for 10-15 minutes until the fish is slightly shriveled.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the red onion, green onions, and red peppers.
  5. Add the salmon slices, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  6. Place the mint and basil leaves on top of the tiradito.
  7. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh and delicate flavor.
