Ingredients
- 200 g of 'ncannulate pasta
- 200 g of stracchino cheese
- 400 g of tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of flour
- 1 liter of beef broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Make the 'ncannulate pasta at home by mixing flour and eggs until you get a flexible dough.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the stracchino cheese with beef broth.
- Sauté the onions, garlic cloves, and fennel bulbs in a pan with olive oil.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Pass the 'ncannulate pasta dough through a pasta machine and cook it in plenty of salted water.
- Assemble the ravioli by filling the pasta dough with the prepared filling.
- Cook the ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ravioli to the tomato sauce and serve hot.
