  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 grams of toasted bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Chopped onion
  • 100 grams of raw ham
  • Soy sauce to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the smoked salmon fillets, slicing a thin layer from each side.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently dip the smoked salmon fillets in the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Place the battered salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, until the batter is golden.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the crust by sautéing the chopped onion in olive oil until caramelized.
  6. Once caramelized, add the raw ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Arrange the Rinkebycravlax on serving plates, garnish with the crust, and serve with soy sauce.
