Ingredients
- 2 smoked salmon fillets
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of grated cheese (preferably fresh cheese)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 grams of toasted bread
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chopped onion
- 100 grams of raw ham
- Soy sauce to taste
Method
- Prepare the smoked salmon fillets, slicing a thin layer from each side.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Gently dip the smoked salmon fillets in the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the battered salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, until the batter is golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare the crust by sautéing the chopped onion in olive oil until caramelized.
- Once caramelized, add the raw ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange the Rinkebycravlax on serving plates, garnish with the crust, and serve with soy sauce.
