Ingredients
- 250g basmati rice
- 500ml water
- 1 red chili
- 2 onions
- 100g pancetta
- 200g shrimp
- 200g chicken pieces
- 1 lemon
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Method
- In a pot, bring water and basmati rice to a boil, cook for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a pan, sauté the chili and onions in olive oil.
- Add the pancetta and chicken, cook until the chicken is well done.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon and add sugar and balsamic vinegar, mix well.
- Layer the dishes with the rice and various condiments, serve immediately.
- Add condiments to taste before serving.
