  • 100 g of grated pecorino cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of flour
  • 200 ml of milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Prepare the ricotta: mix the ricotta with the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: dice the pumpkin, potatoes, onion, and zucchini.
  3. Add the vegetables: in a pan, sauté the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt.
  4. Mix: mix the sautéed vegetables with the prepared ricotta.
  5. Form the sformato: pour the mixture into a baking dish and cover with flour.
  6. Cook: cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes, checking occasionally.
  7. Serve: serve hot with a sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese on the side.
