Ingredients

  • 2 kg of beef, chicken, and rabbit, cut into pieces
  • 2 liters of broth
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of thyme

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, carrots, and onion.
  2. Add the meat, broth, salt, and pepper, bring to a boil, and cook for about 2 hours.
  3. Add the vegetables, red pepper, and tomato, and continue cooking for another 45 minutes.
  4. Check the cooking and adjust with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, with a good piece of bread.
