Ingredients

  • 400g of pork
  • 2 onions
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 wild onions
  • 200g of shallots
  • 1 onion
  • 100g of zucchini
  • 100g of carrots
  • 100g of potatoes
  • 200g of lettuce
  • 200g of beef broth
  • 200g of rice
  • extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Chop the onions, wild onions, and shallots into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion cubes in a pan with extra virgin olive oil until golden.
  3. Add the cubes of wild onions and shallots, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cut the pork into small pieces and fry with the onions until cooked.
  5. In a bowl, mix the rice with beef broth and let it cool.
  6. Clean and chop the zucchini, carrots, and potatoes into pieces.
  7. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the rice and pork.
  8. Prepare the rolls by placing a spoonful of the rice, pork, and vegetable mixture on lettuce leaves and wrapping them up.
