Pirozhki

Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 150 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 egg
- 100 g of beef
- 50 g of onion
- 50 g of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and a bit of warm water. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Add the oil, egg, and the rest of the water, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Form small balls of dough and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Chop the onion and garlic, sauté in a pan with a bit of oil.
- Add the beef, parsley, salt, pepper, and sugar, mix well.
- Wrap the filling in dough balls and seal them.
- Fry the pirozhki and serve them hot.
