Ingredients

  • 500g Pescara pecorino cheese
  • 100g butter
  • 50g chopped parsley
  • 2 cooked onions
  • 100g cooked ham
  • 100g dried beans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cut the Pescara pecorino cheese into cubes.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add the cooked onions.
  3. Add the pecorino cubes and stir until they melt.
  4. Add the cooked ham and dried beans, stir well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over a tomato pasta dish.
