Ingredients
- 500g Pescara pecorino cheese
- 100g butter
- 50g chopped parsley
- 2 cooked onions
- 100g cooked ham
- 100g dried beans
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut the Pescara pecorino cheese into cubes.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the cooked onions.
- Add the pecorino cubes and stir until they melt.
- Add the cooked ham and dried beans, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over a tomato pasta dish.
