  • 4 fish fillets (e.g. salmon or herring)
  • 200 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml of water
  • 100 ml of fish stock
  • 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of beef vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of palm oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon

Method

  1. Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Dice the potatoes and zucchini and place them in a pot.
  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic and palm oil.
  4. Add the water, fish stock, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the fish pieces and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the broth.
  8. Finally, add the red pepper flakes and lemon juice for extra flavor.
  9. Serve hot with red pepper flakes in a basket.
