Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (e.g. salmon or herring)
- 200 g of potatoes
- 100 g of zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml of water
- 100 ml of fish stock
- 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of beef vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
Method
- Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and set aside.
- Dice the potatoes and zucchini and place them in a pot.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and palm oil.
- Add the water, fish stock, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the fish pieces and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the broth.
- Finally, add the red pepper flakes and lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Serve hot with red pepper flakes in a basket.
