  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Clean and cook the spinach, then let it cool.

  4. Cut the beef into small pieces and season with saffron.
  5. Fill the pastry shell with layers of spinach, beef, and egg.
  6. Fry the pastilla in hot oil until golden.
  7. Drizzle with a bit of honey and serve warm.
