Ingredients

  • 500g of potatoes
  • 300g of pork meat
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500ml of pork broth
  • 50g of thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
  2. Cut the pork meat into small pieces and fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the pork broth and thyme, bring to a boil and let cook for 20-25 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the potatoes and cover with the meat sauce. Cover and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
