- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon
Method
- Prepare the salmon fillets by removing any skin or excess fat.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until they become golden.
- Place the salmon fillets on both sides in the pan, making sure they are well placed.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is golden and cooked through.
