  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon

Method

  1. Prepare the salmon fillets by removing any skin or excess fat.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until they become golden.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on both sides in the pan, making sure they are well placed.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is golden and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and grated lemon before serving.
