Ingredients

  • 200 g of sweet potatoes, sliced thinly
  • 100 g of green peas
  • 100 g of onion
  • 100 g of carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g of semolina
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweet potato slices, green peas, onion, and carrot.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a third bowl, mix the flour, semolina, and a little water.
  4. Dip the mixed vegetables in the egg mixture, then in the flour and semolina mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Fry the pakoras in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain the pakoras on paper towels and season with apple cider vinegar.
  7. Serve immediately for the best taste.
