A traditional Nigerian dish featuring chicken and potatoes, crispy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 small chickens or 2 large chickens
- 2 kg potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons palm oil
Method
- Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, then season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and the onions into slices.
- In a large pan, heat the palm oil and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
- Add the red bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the chicken pieces and potatoes, stir well and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour.
- Keep stirring occasionally to ensure the chicken pieces and potatoes cook evenly.
- Once the chicken pieces are fully cooked and the potatoes are soft, turn off the heat and serve the dish hot.
