  • 2 onions

  • 300 ml fish broth
  • 200 ml white wine

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  4. In another pot, cut the bread into cubes and cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  5. In a casserole, mix the fish broth, white wine, milk, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Add the bread cubes and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  7. Place the fish fillets in the sauce and serve hot.
