Ingredients
- 400 g of fresh lobster meat
- 100 g of butter
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 12 hamburger buns
- Oil for frying
- Lettuce
Method
- In a pan, sauté the onions in butter until they become golden.
- Add the lobster meat, pepper, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the hamburger buns by halving them and frying the outside in hot oil until they become crispy.
- Place a lettuce slice on each half of the bun, then add a generous portion of lobster meat.
- Close the bun and serve immediately.
- Tip: serve with a tomato or truffle sauce to add an extra flavor.
