Ingredients

  • 400 g of fish trimmings
  • 200 g of cooked ham
  • 100 g of chopped onion
  • 50 g of chopped parsley
  • 20 g of chili
  • 10 g of salt
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the fish trimmings, chopped onion, parsley, chili, salt, olive oil, and eggs.
  2. Add the cooked ham and gently mix.
  3. Shape the sausages with the mixture.
  4. Fry the sausages in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy.
  5. Serve hot with a sprinkle of salt and chili.
