Ingredients
- 400 g of fish trimmings
- 200 g of cooked ham
- 100 g of chopped onion
- 50 g of chopped parsley
- 20 g of chili
- 10 g of salt
- 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
Method
- In a bowl, mix the fish trimmings, chopped onion, parsley, chili, salt, olive oil, and eggs.
- Add the cooked ham and gently mix.
- Shape the sausages with the mixture.
- Fry the sausages in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of salt and chili.
