A crunchy and delicious stuffed bell pepper dish with rice, spices, and onion, typical of Bhopal cuisine.

Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 100 g basmati rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 200 g of sautéed vegetables
- 200 g stuffing mix for stuffed peppers
- 200 ml water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- oil for frying
Method
- Fill the bell peppers with rice, vegetables, and spices, sealing the top with a piece of kitchen paper.
- Cook the rice with water, salt, and sugar, then let it cool.
- Fry the stuffed peppers in plenty of oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold as an appetizer or snack.
- Alternatively, the stuffed peppers can be baked in the oven after filling them.
