Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 200g shrimp
  • 100g beef
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 300ml fish stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the chili and coriander, then add the chopped red bell peppers.
  3. Mix the shrimp and beef in a bowl and add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the fish stock and add the soy sauce and tomato sauce, stir well and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the spaghetti in a separate pot, then add the spaghetti to the broth and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the Mee Jawa hot, garnished with sliced bell peppers.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
