Mawa Kajoor

A traditional Balochi sweet, soft and rich in flavor, made with mawa and fruit.

Ingredients
- 100 g of mawa
- 200 g of dried fruit (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of pulled sugar
- 1 teaspoon of water
Method
- In a bowl, mix the mawa with the milk and sugar until you get a creamy consistency.
- Add the vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with the egg and gradually add it to the previous mixture.
- Add the oil and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in an oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool and decorate with pulled sugar and dried fruit.
- Serve warm or cold.
