Ingredients

  • 500 g of pasta dough
  • 200 g of minced meat
  • 100 g of cooked ham
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. Prepare the pasta dough: mix water with flour and add oil, then knead the dough until you get a homogeneous dough.
  2. Prepare the filling: chop the garlic, onion, and vegetables, then mix with the minced meat, ham, and bacon, add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the Maultaschen: with a tablespoon of filling, wrap the pasta into a Maultaschen shape.
  4. Fry the Maultaschen: fry the Maultaschen in hot oil until they are golden brown.
  5. Serve: serve hot with a red wine sauce.
