Marine Cazuela
A rich and colorful seafood dish perfect for a cold day.

Ingredients
- 500 g of shrimp
- 400 g of clams
- 200 g of mussels
- 100 g of squid
- 200 g of spaghetti
- 2 onions
- 2 skewers of peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 skewers of anchovies
- 2 skewers of mussels
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 liter of fish broth
Method
- In a pan, sauté the onions in olive oil, then add the peppers and chili pepper.
- Add the shrimp, squid, and anchovies, sauté for a few minutes.
- In another pot, cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Add the clams and mussels to the sautéed mixture, cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the spaghetti to the sautéed mixture and mix well.
- Finally, add the fish broth and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Serve, adding salt and pepper to taste.
